Some analogies used to make a point were dull and unintelligent. Some of the concepts in introductory biology are refined from time to time as our techniques improve, but many of the basic ideas have great longevity and are conveyed in the text in logical ways with well known examples and references. The lengths of the paragraphs are rightly tailored for mobile devices such that continued reading interest is sustained. The organization and flow of the text is logical and straightforward.
